Meet Our Staff

I started my career in the automobile business with the Romano family in 1994 at Regal Buick Hyundai, which was located at 960 Hiawatha Boulevard West. I was promoted to Sales Manager two years later and continued climbing the ladder with the company. I am married with four children. I have lived in the Syracuse area since 1993. I enjoy dealing with the public, am an avid runner, love spending time with my family and children, and have a passion for sports, especially soccer.

I have been in the automobile business for over 20 years and have been with the Romano Auto Group since 2005. I was born and raised in Camillus and still live there today. I am married with two beautiful daughters. I have a passion for football and am a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

I first came to Romano Subaru as a customer, and I was so impressed with the sales process and how I was treated that I joined the team in January 2025. That experience stuck with me, and now I aim to give every customer the same positive, no-pressure experience that made me want to be part of this place. I was born and raised in Central New York. Outside of work, I’m a huge basketball fan, dog lover, automotive enthusiast, and I like to spend time outdoors. I hope to be able to help you drive away with confidence and excitement in your new ride!

I’ve been with Subaru since December of 2015. I have filled a number of new, innovative roles in this brand. My current roles include Internet Sales, Love Encore Specialist, and TradeUp Specialist. I was born and raised in Syracuse and I live with my daughter Eliza, our dog Stella, and our sassy bird, Sassy. In my free time, I like to draw and be anywhere on the water. I take my daughter on amazing adventures! I like to pride myself on creating good customer relationships, I hope I can provide you with a comfortable Subaru buying experience!

I have happily been in the automotive industry for over two decades. I grew up in Rome and attended Rome Free Academy. Afterwards, I attended Plattsburgh State and eventually settled down with my wife in Fayetteville. I was proudly named a 2017 Salesperson of the Year for Central New York and enjoy working with all of my loyal customers. Outside of work I enjoy golfing and am an avid fly fisherman.

Based in Cicero, with roots tracing back to Littleton, Colorado (a Denver suburb), I've been a dedicated member of the Subaru team since 2005. Outside of work, I find joy in my roles as a proud husband and parent to three children, along with the privilege of being a grandparent. Our family ranch in Nebraska is where we create lasting memories and enjoy quality time together. I look forward to helping you find your perfect vehicle!

I’ve been with Romano Subaru since May of 2024. I was born and raised in the beautiful Catskill mountains and moved to Syracuse in April of 2024 with my girlfriend, Genevieve. I like to spend time golfing or fishing, and I am always down to watch a sports game. I am a die hard Yankees and Celtics fan. I’m working to become an Encore Specialist, but until then I look forward to being a part of your internet buying experience!

I started with Romano Subaru in 2022. I reside with my wife and our two dogs in Canastota. I grew up in Syracuse. We love going camping and hiking in the Adirondacks. I also love football season!

I have been with Romano Subaru since 2013 and have gained many loyal customers along the way. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and two kids. I especially love being a coach and active spectator for my kids' baseball and softball teams. We love traveling the world as a family. I've been with Romano Subaru since 2023. I'm a father of three from Camillus. I love going to the gym and enjoy basketball, boxing, and UFC. I look forward to helping you find your next vehicle!

Been with Romano Subaru since June of 2017. Born and raised in Mohawk NY, class of 1996. Born in 1978, Gen X. Moved to Syracuse in 2001. Have been in auto sales since April of 2001. Live in Camillus with my wife Jennifer and son Henry, who is a black belt in Karate and an avid soccer player of 7 years, now playing for the Camillus Soccer club. Married for 18 years now. Avid BBQ/grill enthusiast for 20 plus years and love everything related to the weather.

I've been with Romano Subaru since Feb of 2021 I live in Cicero, NY, with my wife and newborn son. I like watching basketball games and love traveling. I look forward to helping you find your next vehicle!

I've been with Romano Subaru since July of 2017. I was born and raised in Syracuse, NY, and attended CNS High School. I currently live in East Syracuse with my wife and children. I am a US Army Veteran with 6 years of service and a deployment to Iraq in 2009. I look forward to helping you find your next vehicle!

I have been with Romano Subaru since 2017. My first job selling cars was with Oldsmobile/GMC in 1996. My wife Tina and I have two rescue kittens and work with the local rescue shelters. I also enjoy spending time working in my yard being outdoors. I am an avid motorcyclist and am on the Board of Directors for the Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce. I started with Romano Subaru in February 2022 in Internet Sales, and came over to sales in June of 2024. I'm the first female salesperson since 1992! I love going to see live music or comedy shows and spending time with my boyfriend and 2 stepchildren. I have a background in customer service and will make your car buying experience as stress free as possible!

I started at Romano Subaru in 2025. I have lived my whole life in the Syracuse area. I have a passion for cars and the outdoors. 

I've been with Romano Subaru since July 2012. I was born and raised in Syracuse and attended West Genesee High School. I live in Camillus and have 2 teenagers who attended local colleges, and have an “oops” baby who is 8 years old and runs the entire house. I grew up in the Fayetteville Manlius area, I've been with Romano Subaru since 2018. I love being home with my wife and two children 5 and 1. As a family we enjoy some driveway basketball games and park outings.

I have been with Romano Subaru since 2019. I started out as an appointment coordinator/assistant and became a service advisor within a couple of years! I love helping customers feel comfortable and confident when bringing their cars in for service and try to go above and beyond for everyone. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, cooking and being outdoors. I look forward to assisting you with your service needs! 

I have been with the company for about 2 years. I started helping out with social media, and then transitioned into the service advisor role. I started as an advisor at Romano Chrysler Jeep, and came to Romano Subaru about a year ago. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and travelling. 

I am a family man who has worked in the automotive industry for over 35 years. My wife and I enjoy the outdoors, and I love classic cars. I have been with Romano Auto Dealerships for almost 2 ½ years.

Hello! I have been the Parts Manager for Romano Subaru since 2009 and have been with the Romano Organization since 2001. I have owned Subarus since 2004, which was a 2004 WRX, since then I have been hooked! I am married with 2 beautiful daughters, which is another reason I own Subarus - safety.
