Body Shop Technician
Come work for a Top 150 Automotive Dealership Group! Romano Subaru is seeking an Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our growing Collision Center. We are willing to pay top dollar and you won't have to work nights or weekends- our Collision Center is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm.

You can count on us for two things: excellent repairs and unmatched customer service. Our Collision Team is here to work tirelessly, ensuring your vehicle leaves our shop looking brand new.
Automotive Body Shop Tech Benefits:
- Flat rate pay range starting at $26 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience.
- Earning potential is $100k plus.
- No nights or weekends

- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
- Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area according to OSHA standards.
- Operate all tools and equipment according to safety standards.
- Expected to turn 80+ hours per week flat rate average
- Experience is preferred, but we are willing to hire with no experience, if you have gone through proper Body Shop School/Training
- Clean & valid NYS Driver's License
- I-CAR training may be required, as needed.

Vehicle Detailer
Romano Subaru seeks a full-time Vehicle Detailer for our growing dealership.
